Small and medium-sized industrial operations, as well as those working at the artisan level - producers of textiles, woollens, nightwear and lingerie, stockings and tights - may belong to the Cotone Moda Consortium if their premises, offices or production facilities are located in Lombardy.

Thanks to foreign contributions, the annual membership fee for each member company, as set by the Members' Assembly on the basis of a proposal made by the Board of Directors, is very modest.
